Changelog

Release notes for the Bryl iOS app and the bryl.app website. We post version numbers when we cut them, prose when there's context worth giving. We do not write release theater (no “blazing-fast”, no “completely reimagined”).

1.1.0 — Smart Edit, risk surfacing, transcript redaction

  • Smart Edit — instruction-driven note revision. Six quick-pick chips ('shorter assessment', 'client's own words', 'CPT-aligned objective', 'neutral tone', etc.) plus a free-text instruction field. The model rewrites the prior draft against your transcript using the same on-device path.
  • Risk-phrase surfacing on the transcript — a deterministic on-device pass flags acute-risk turns with a clay-bordered REVIEW pill. Tap to promote the moment to a RISK marker, which biases the next note draft.
  • Transcript-view PII redaction toggle — eye/eye-slash button on the transcript header swaps each segment for what the model actually sees on the input path (CLIENT_1, EMAIL_1, DATE_1, …).

1.0.2 — Client linking + golden thread

  • Sessions can now be linked to clients from the session detail page — tap the LINK CLIENT chip in the masthead to attach, reassign, or unattach. Sessions started from a client profile attach automatically.
  • Goal-progress auto-credit on seal — sealing a linked note nudges matching treatment goals on the client profile (5-letter-token substring match against goal titles, +5% progress + sessionsAddressed). The 'golden thread' the marketing site has been promising is now real code.
  • Audio auto-deletion on seal — the moment you sign a note, the audio file is overwritten. Default ON; opt-out toggle in Privacy & Security for supervision retention.
  • Two new client statuses — at-risk (clay-toned) and discharge-soon — to match the lexicon on the marketing site.
  • Home masthead now reads 'Nh today · M signed · S sessions' instead of just session count.

  • Live privacy proof page — 0-cloud-call counter, active-model readout, Airplane Mode test button.
